In fact, Apple will reportedly release three versions of the iPad 2, supporting either or a combination of WiFi, UMTS and CDMA, according to DigiTimes.
Apple is also working on strengthening the iPad 2′s anti-smudge and anti-reflective treatments to compete with the Kindle and other e-Book readers.
The iPad 2 is expected to launch by the end of the first quarter or the beginning of the second and DigiTimes sources estimate that Apple will ship 40 million units in 2011, accounting for 65-75% of the entire tablet market.
