On April 1st, 1976, Apple Computer was established as a company by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne.
Wayne is a mysterious figure in the history of Apple. Wayne had been involved in a startup that failed a few years before Apple began, and appeared to have cold feet about Apple after signing the incorporation paperwork.
