A week or so ago, I discovered a new bundle/sign-up page on twitter. I added my email address and patiently awaited to hear more. They have been teasing followers with tweets but last night at midnight EST, MacLegionwas revealed. I checked out the site and am very pleased with its offerings. MacLegion’s 2011 Spring Bundle is 10 quality Mac apps for $49.99 (a $552 value). We’ve seen many bundles similar to this price point, but this one really stands out.
The inaugural Spring bundle contains an arsenal of apps aiming at productivity and usefulness of your Mac. There are no games or social media apps, only rich and powerful tools to help you take on your project goals, and better enhance the way you use your Mac.
This bundle is focused on quality, practical and every-day apps. The apps are the latest versions each developer has to offer. Another benefit of the MacLegion bundle is that it entitles you to full after-sales support as well as valid upgrade paths for later software releases, just as if you had bought each application directly from the developers themselves.
MacLegion is also giving away a $18,000 Mac Pro. You may enter by purchasing the bundle or signing up for their Bundle newsletter with an email address. The drawing for the Mac Pro will be June 1st; one entry per person and the offer may be redeemed as Apple store credit so you could buy anything you wanted, really.
The MacLegion Bundle is taking payments via PayPal or American credit cards. There’s even a discussion page if you would like to see what people are saying, but hurry, the deal ends on May 12.
